What does the conference registration fee include?
The registration fee covers full access to all keynote sessions, breakout workshops, and panel discussions. It also includes conference materials, access to the event app, daily refreshments, and entry to networking events. Some packages may also include meals or exclusive sessions—please check your ticket tier for details.
Are there any discounts available for students or groups?
Yes! We offer discounted rates for full-time students and groups of 5 or more from the same organization. To access these rates, please provide valid student identification or contact our registration team for group discount codes before registering.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the conference?
We understand that plans can change. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event, minus a small processing fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after that point. You may, however, transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us with the new attendee’s details.
Do you offer one-day or virtual-only passes?
Yes, we offer one-day passes for attendees who can’t join us for the full event, as well as virtual-only passes for remote access to live-streamed sessions and selected on-demand content. Both options can be selected during the registration process.
